Hello. My name is Robert Luciano, LISW-CP. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with extensive experience in trauma-focused therapy, forensic evaluations, and court-involved cases.
I have experience working with complex trauma, military populations, and court-involved cases, and I provide clear, direct, and practical clinical guidance. I have experience providing psychological assessments and have testified in court, offering clear, evidence-based clinical opinions.
I focus on helping individuals understand their experiences, improve functioning, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I provide psychological assessment services within the scope of LISW-CP licensure in South Carolina. These evaluations are conducted in accordance with professional standards and South Carolina regulations and are designed to provide clear, actionable clinical insight.

Diagnostic clarification
Trauma-related concerns
Court-involved cases (custody, DSS, TPR)

BASIC POLICIES
Services are self-pay at this time
Payment is due at the time of service
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged
Individual Therapy (50–60 minutes): $175
Couples Therapy (50–60 minutes): $175
Initial Intake Session: $200
Psychological Assessment Services: $1,000 – $1,400
(Fee varies depending on type and complexity of evaluation)
Court Testimony / Legal Involvement:
Flat Rate: $1,000 per day
Services are private pay only. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
